Died testate; by his will dated 6 May 1921 (probated 17 June 1921, Jackson County Circuit Court, will book 4, page 120) he devised the Parsons Run tract to his widow Rachel M. Robbins for life; after her death the property passed to the heirs (deed recorded 7 September 1946, fee book 240 and 241) and was later sold out of the family, the heirs retaining all mineral rights.
